Head of U.S. Commercial Investment Group
Evan Kantor is Head of Kennedy Wilson’s Commercial Investment Group, responsible for leading acquisition, asset management, and disposition strategy for the company’s industrial, office, and retail assets in the United States. He also sits on Kennedy Wilson’s global investment committee. A real estate industry veteran, Evan has 20 years of real estate experience in all aspects of the investment cycle, including strategy, acquisition sourcing, diligence, financing, leasing, and asset management.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Evan served as a Managing Director of Kildare Partners, a global real estate investment management company where he helped launch the company’s North American real estate investment platform. Evan also spent almost a decade at a prominent commercial real estate business representing local and national tenants and helping landlords source and facilitate their commercial operations.
