Reedhouse Apartments
Reedhouse is a 188-unit apartment community located in Southeast Boise between a private lake and the Boise River, providing most of the units with waterfront views. Boise State University and Downtown are just minutes from the property, and residents have direct access to public transportation, lush parks and walking paths, including the 25-mile Boise River Greenbelt that follows the river through the heart of the city.
The Clara Apartments
The Clara, developed by the Kennedy Wilson team, features 277 Energy Star-certified units set on 14 acres in Eagle, Idaho with a modern, mountain aesthetic and the highest quality, sustainable building materials and systems. The community, which includes two-story townhome residences and an assortment of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, embraces an outdoor lifestyle through a focus on the natural amenities of the site and the nearby Boise River Greenbelt.
Clancy Quay
Kennedy Wilson acquired the 13.6-acre underutilized site located near Dublin City Center on the southern banks of the River Liffey in 2013 for €82.5 million and launched a seven-year, three-phased development that has added a total 422 units and 36,000 square feet of commercial space to the community as well as a robust resident amenity and public space program. The final phase continued Kennedy Wilson’s restoration and conservation of the historic Clancy Barracks, which incorporates many protected structures.
Whitewater Park
This 324-unit multifamily property was built in 1996 along the Boise River and adjacent to the 55-acre Esther Simplot Park that features 23 acres of ponds and recreational space. Kennedy Wilson acquired the community in November 2014 in an off-market transaction and embarked on a $5.8 million renovation program that has increased NOI by nearly 70% over the lifespan of the investment. The team completed a top-to-bottom upgrade of the leasing office and common areas, rebranded the community, updated signage and unit interiors to enhance the value of the property.
