Managing Director, U.S. Development and Construction
Michael Eadie is the Managing Director of Development and Construction for Kennedy Wilson, where he is responsible for the company’s construction projects in the U.S. He has 25 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, retail, and residential projects that involve entitlement, new construction, renovation, tenant improvement and capital improvements.
Mike currently oversees development and construction on over 80 Kennedy Wilson properties totaling 3 million square feet with active development, entitlement, and construction budgets of over $2.5 billion. His projects include the full renovation of the iconic Kona Village Resort, including the construction of nearly 300,000 square feet of structures within 200 buildings on 92 acres in Hawaii, 400 California Street, a 300,000 square-foot infrastructure renovation of Class A office space and an adjacent historic bank branch in the Financial District of San Francisco, and Kohanaiki, a Hawaiian community featuring a 420‐home residential private development situated along a new 18‐hole Rees Jones golf course and 70,000 square foot clubhouse.
Mike graduated from The University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
