Capital Dock won its category as Large Residential Project of the Year for creating a new heart for the Dublin Docklands, bringing people together in modern work spaces and beautiful outdoor areas, while raising the bar for residential rentals. The project team was recognized for their collaborative approach, use of innovative technology, and site logistics to successfully build the tallest residential building in Ireland, as part of one of the largest single-phase developments to ever be built in the country. Capital Dock now spans 4.8 acres, with more than 690,000 square feet of new mixed-use space and 1.5 acres of public park space.
