Kennedy Wilson is a niche market player with a value-and-income enhancement investment philosophy that seeks to take advantage of market imperfections. Kennedy Wilson has demonstrated successful track record of value-add office and industrial property management.
Fund II is a $107 million fund that will have over $400 million of buying power when fully capitalized.
The fund is a limited partnership comprised of a Kennedy Wilson entity as General Partner and Kennedy Wilson co-investing 5% as a limited partner, along with institutional clients for a true alignment of interests with the investors.
This is a 6-year fund that commenced in 2005 and is actively acquiring office and industrial properties in targeted growth markets in the Southern, Southwest and Western United States. Projected holding period is three to five years.
