Among our investment services are:
Investment fund management and pension fund advisory services -- Through our existing funds, we have approximately $400 million under management or in the pipeline.
Commercial property and multifamily residential property acquisitions -- We own and/or manage 12,000 multifamily residential units and more than 40 million square feet of commercial space. Mainly, our owned properties have been acquired for their value-added potential, including, in the case of apartments, their potential conversion to condominiums.
Note purchases -- We acquire, restructure and recover debt obligations, both secured and unsecured notes, primarily from government agencies, financial institutions and corporations.
